加成型有机硅反应过程的实时监测

用实时傅里叶变换红外光谱仪（FTIR）对乙烯基硅橡胶和含氢硅油的加成聚合过程进行了表征，得到了基团浓度消耗比反应时间变化的曲线，结果表明，在反应过程中，硅氢基与乙烯基的浓度减少呈非线性关系，这可能是硅氢基在反应过程中与空气中的物质进行了反应，从而在消耗量上较乙烯基多的缘故。     

Crystallization of vulcanizates. I. Low‐temperature crystallization as a function of extent of cure for polyisoprene vulcanized with tetramethylthiuram disulfide/sulfur and 2‐bisbenzothiazole‐2,2′‐disulfide/sulfur

The crystallization of polyisoprene, vulcanized to various degrees of cure with tetramethylthiuram disulfide/sulfur and 2‐bisbenzothiazole‐2,2′‐disulfide (MBTS)/sulfur formulations, was studied in a density column at ?25°C. The densities of vulcanizates before crystallization decrease progressively with cure time, which is ascribed to an increase in free volume occasioned by the formation of accelerator‐terminated pendent groups on the polymer chain. The induction period before the onset of crystallization increases and both the rate of and the degree of crystallization decrease with extent of cure. This is attributed primarily to the presence of residual pendent groups on the polymer chain and secondly to crosslink formation. The changes are more marked with MBTS formulations where pendent groups are more bulky. MBTS compounds fail to crystallize once vulcanized to the point where a gel has formed. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 81: 2565–2572, 2001

根据设备运行数据统计,胶带损伤尺寸小于500 mm的胶带修复项目占整个胶带损伤修补项目的比例超过85％.具有体积小、操作便捷、修补质量可靠等优势的硫化修补器成为胶带热硫化修补的首选和必备工具.本文就某修补器使用过程中出现的问题和现象进行分析与探讨,介绍了对施压装置进行改进的经验和方法.     

Rheological,mechanical and morphological properties of thermoplastic vulcanizates based on high impact polystyrene and styrene‐butadiene rubber

Thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs) based on high impact polystyrene (HIPS)/styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization technique. The rheological, mechanical and morphological properties of the dynamically vulcanized blends were investigated systematically. As determined by capillary rheometer, the apparent viscosity of the blends decreases as the shear rate increases, indicating obvious pseudoplastic behavior. At low shear rate, the apparent viscosity of these blends is considerably higher than that of neat HIPS and decreases with the increase of HIPS concentration. The increase of HIPS content in the dynamically vulcanized blends contributes to the increase of tensile strength and hardness properties, while elongation at break and tensile set at break reach a maximum at 30 and 50 wt % of the HIPS content, respectively. The etched surfaces of the HIPS/SBR TPVs were investigated using field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, the morphological study reveals continuous HIPS phase and finely dispersed SBR elastomeric phase in the TPVs. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Rubber-brass bonding: morphology of cross-sections through the bonding layers as a possible basis for classification

The extensive literature on rubber-brass bonding provides a rather complex picture of the architecture of the bonding layers. In the present work, the morphology of cross-sections through the bonding layers perpendicular to the brass surface, seen in transmission electron microscopy (TEM), is used as a means of bonding layer classification. Previous experimental results with a simplified cure mixture (consisting of 1,4-polybutadiene, elemental sulfur, N,N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, and, in some cases, zinc oxide) and brass foils are reconsidered. In nearly all cases, what we term a central layer is found. It consists of two sublayers with a different content of copper sulfides. Varying deposits of sulfides exist at the brass surface and also above the central layer in the direction of the rubber bulk. The various types of bonding layer with a different type of architecture are discussed in connection with previous results obtained by analytical electron microscopy (AEM) and bonding strength measurements.

硅土在NR/SBR中的应用

阐述了硅土的结构、性质和加工工艺,对硅土在NR/SBR中的应用进行了研究,并且分别比较了硅土与炭黑、碳酸钙和陶土补强橡胶的差并.结果表明,与炭黑相比,硅土可以提高橡胶的动态力学性能、回弹和耐热氧老化性能,且胶料的综合力学性能得到提高.     

动态硫化热塑性弹性体的制备与应用

阐述了动态硫化共混型热塑性弹性体的发展历史和主要的分类，概述了共混型热塑性弹性体的微观形态结构及其形成机理，总结了共混体系的配方和工艺条件对共混物性能和结构的影响，分析了几种典型动态硫化热塑性弹性体的性能特点和应用领域。     

硫化机硫化外胎露线原因剖析和改进措施

叙述硫化外胎胎冠花纹沟露线、胎冠中心线露线、胎肩露线、胎圈露线以及胎里露线等问题的特征和弊端，提出结构设计、生产工艺和设备条件各方面的预防和改进措施：同一规格、不同花纹的轮胎要用不同的胎面挤出口型，胎肩曲线、内衬层厚度等设计要合理；压延、挤出、成型和定型、硫化各工序要严格执行工艺规程；要经常检查硫化设备运行状况，对磨损和老化部件及时更换。     

动态硫化技术及其发展

结合动态硫化技术的发展史,重点评述了国外80年代该技术的发展及其特点,揭示了TPV性能及特征与制备条件的关系;简介我国开发研究TPV的概况,并提出了看法。
